San Andres Hillside

A speedy, summertime gut renovation was the name of the game with this hillside abode. While our clients traveled for a few months, we led the complete design overhaul and full renovation and furnishings. The renovation scope included enlarging the kitchen's much needed pantry and storage space, creating an open concept between kitchen, living and dining areas, several rooms of new furnishings, reworking non-functional bathroom layouts and updating all finish surfaces with new materials.
