A custom, ground up home build for a very special family. After several design projects together over the years, we partnered with this sweet, active family to design their dream home, from concept to completion. We designed every detail with the seaside natural light in mind, their love of sports and entertaining, from the wide entry hall to accommodate a crowd, extra-large and intricately functional kitchen, to the upstairs primary suite West facing sunset terrace. Finishing materials and furnishings alike, warm, modern, family friendly was top of mind for this lovely modern coastal home.
