Coastal Bluffs Home Interior Design

A quintessential California Mediterranean home with hidden corners and charming courtyards underwent a major cosmetic design renovation to bring her character back to life. Renovating most areas throughout and adding new family friendly furnishings were key to updating this once dark and dated seaside home. We refreshed the kitchen with all new materials, lightening the original heavy-handed finishes, echoing the natural dappled sunlight from the home's coastal vantage point. Bathrooms were given new life by updating the finishing materials and adding character. While many spaces were lightened, we honored a moodier essence in some of the more intimate spaces such as the dining room and library.
